About us


Steve started his first job in the restaurant business in 1976 as a dishwasher at the Viking Restaurant working his way to Fry Cook before deciding to serve his country in the US Navy as a Mess Cook Specialist.

After Steve finished his basic training and cooking school, he was assigned as the personal chef for the Admiral of the Pacific Fleet based in Hawaii and then spending two years on a submarine for the remaining of his tour.

With an Honorable Discharge from the US Navy Steve persuade his love of cooking and his career working for a few different restaurants in the Rochester area crafting his trade as a chef and then landed a job as the line cook at Crescent Beach Hotel and after working hard, practicing his trade eventually earned the position of Executive Chef for over 10 years.
